What can HQINS help me explore?

Can I discuss both business and personal insurance?
Yes. Start with your immediate priorities and include the broader needs you would like to review, so the conversation can consider how business, employee and personal responsibilities connect.
Can I keep my existing coverage while comparing options?
A review does not change your current coverage. Keep existing policies in place and continue required payments until any replacement is confirmed and you understand the effective dates and consequences.
Is the online planner a quote?
No. The planner organizes your interests into topics for discussion. It does not calculate premiums, assess eligibility or recommend a specific policy.
What information should I send?
Begin with general priorities, the type of coverage and relevant dates. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, bank details or full policy identifiers through the general contact form. Ask HQINS for an appropriate secure method.

Can I request a conversation in Spanish?
Yes. Select Spanish as your preferred language in the consultation form, or mention your preference when you call HQINS.
How do I submit the consultation form?
Complete the details and choose Review Request. After checking the summary, choose Continue by Email and send the prepared message in your email app. Until you send it, HQINS has not received your request. You can also call or email directly.
